Katrina Dittmann, BSc. Kin., CPT

Katrina graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2013, obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Active Health and Rehabilitation. She also received two certificates from SFU in Applied Human Nutrition and Health and Fitness Studies. She has been a BCAK registered Kinesiologist since then.

Katrina grew up in the lovely town of Summerland before heading to Vancouver to attend University at SFU. During her schooling, she worked as a Sr. Manager at SFU Rec Sports and also as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor at SFU.

After University, Katrina gained extensive clinical and retail experience as the Lead Orthopedic Brace Fitter in a very busy and high traffic clinic in Vancouver. She also continued to work as a Personal Trainer at SFU before moving back to the Okanagan in the summer of 2015.

Moving back to the Okanagan, Katrina has been excited to continue to pursue her career in combining her Kinesiology education and personal training background with her passion for helping clients reach their full potentials and providing clients with great knowledge and support.

While not at work, Katrina is most likely found being active whether it's playing on multiple competitive soccer teams, volleyball, having fun on her slow pitch team, snowboarding in the winter months, lifting at the gym, and getting outside and exploring the Okanagan with her dog Bauer.
