ACTIVE REHABILITATION

Have you been in an accident, have a current injury or dealing with more of a chronic condition or injury? The initial appointment is a one-hour assessment including a detailed medical health history interview, full body postural analysis, and functional movement testing. The information from the assessment is required for the Kinesiologist to create a custom, progressive exercise program designed specifically for you and your needs. The number of sessions required following the assessment will be dependent on your injury/condition, your time/financial budget, and your bodies progression through active rehabilitation programming.
